Form new friendships.
Make a real difference.

Welcome to the Payette Lakes Progressive Club.

Become a Member

The Progressive Club is more than a membership. It's a community of people who care deeply about McCall, and who show up, year after year, to do something about it.

Our members come from all walks of life. Some joined to meet people when they were new to town. Some came for the philanthropy and stayed for the friendships. Some have been members for decades and can't imagine McCall without it.
Whatever brings you here, you'll find a place.

Frequently Asked Questions
For Prospective Members

Who can join the club?

Membership is open to all ages. We welcome anyone interested in community service and philanthropy.

When and where are meetings?

We meet every other month, February, April, June, August, October, and December – typically the second Tuesday of the month at 11:30 a.m. Meeting locations rotate among local venues including Spring Mountain Ranch, Shore Lodge, Banyons on the Green, and Paikka Bakery.

What happens at a meeting?

Meetings include lunch, brief club business, and a guest speaker from the local community. Guests are always welcome.

What are the major annual events?

Our signature event is the Annual Luncheon and Fashion Show, held each June. It's our biggest fundraiser, and a genuinely great afternoon.

How does the club support the community?

We've awarded $170,000 in scholarships and grants over the last three years, and over $430,000 since 2014. Funds go to graduating high school seniors for college and trade school tuition, and to local nonprofits whose projects align with our goals.

Is the club a 501(c)(3)?

Yes. Federal Tax ID: 80-0651487. Membership fees and donations may be tax-deductible.

What percentage of funds goes to programs vs. administration?

The Payette Lakes Progressive Club is entirely volunteer-run. Our administrative costs are modest, covered through member dues and member donations, which means the vast majority of what we raise goes directly to scholarships and grants.

How do I donate if I'm not a member?

Anyone can donate. Visit our Give page for philanthropic fund donation options including online, mail a check, stock transfer and retirement distribution.
